LMHE (Lutheran Ministries in Higher Education of NYC) is a non-profit campus ministry organization. Our mission is to connect New York City college and graduate students with one another, with local congregations and with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We do this by building an ecumenical network of big hearted, open minded campus ministries where students experience God's unconditional love and are empowered to explore, claim and live Christian faith. LMHE works closely with local congregations to support The Vine's ministry branches and coordinates The Vine's Citywide Community. Currently our congregational partners come from the Lutheran, Methodist and Presbyterian traditions.

LMHE's board and ministries are blessed by the leadership of students, pastors, lay volunteers, congregations, and judicatories from a variety of rich traditions.
